• 67% of printers were reused privately by staff, reflecting a high acceptance rate and sustainability awareness
• 16 printers were earmarked for donation to schools, nonprofits, and community organizations — delivering social good with no extra hardware cost
• Recycling logistics and new equipment purchases were avoided, enhancing cost-efficiency across the board
