Email & Calendar Hosted on mailbox.org — a German provider with data centers in Berlin. Full compatibility with Outlook, Thunderbird, and any standard mail client. CalDAV and CardDAV for calendar and contacts sync.

File Storage, Chat & Collaboration Your own dedicated Nextcloud instance, hosted on a European server (Hetzner in Germany or OVH in France). Every client gets their own isolated environment — your data is never shared with or visible to other organisations.

Video Meetings & Team Chat Nextcloud Talk is built directly into your Nextcloud instance. Internal messaging and video calls without Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet.

Office Suite LibreOffice replaces Microsoft 365 on your workstations. Fully compatible with .docx, .xlsx, and .pptx formats. No per-seat licensing, no subscription renewals, no vendor lock-in.

Operating System Linux Mint replaces Windows on managed devices. Linux Mint was chosen specifically because it offers a familiar desktop experience — most users feel comfortable within hours, not weeks. Fully managed and updated by QOSQO IT.

Security & Monitoring Bitdefender endpoint protection combined with NinjaOne RMM running on the EU instance (Frankfurt data center). Your devices are monitored, patched, and protected — continuously.

Automated Onboarding & Offboarding When a new employee joins, their email account, Nextcloud login, and device access are created automatically. When someone leaves, everything is deactivated in minutes. Clean, auditable, GDPR-compliant by default.

Optional Add-Ons

The base package is complete and self-sufficient. But if your business needs more, you can extend it:

What Migration Looks Like

2. Migration — We move your email history, shared files, and contacts to the new infrastructure. We set up your Nextcloud instance, configure mailbox.org for your domain, and prepare the Linux Mint devices.

3. Handover & Training — Your team gets a practical onboarding session so they feel confident with the new tools from day one. Ongoing training materials are available via our eLearning platform.
